Tim Jackson nació en San Francisto (Estados Unidos) en 1964. Trabajó en el depacho de Denton Corker Marshall antes de incorporarse al de su padre (Daryl Jackson Architects) y dirigir su propia empresa entre 1993 y 1998. Fue director de proyecto de los apartamentos Abito (Fitzroy, Victoria), que ganó el Premio de Arquitectura del RAIA en 2007 al mejor proyecto residencial multifamiliar. También trabajó en la casa Kew (Kew, Victoria, 2004; Premio de Arquitectura Residencial RAIA).

Jonathan Clements nació en 1971 en Melbourne (Australia). Se licenció en la Universidad de Deakiny, antes de la fundación de Jackson Clements Burrows en 1998, trabajó junto a Daryl Jackson. Entre los proyectos en que ha participado con Jackson Clements Burrows encontramos: una casa en Cape Schanck (Cape Schanck, Victoria, 2006) y apartamentos en Pier Point (Geelong, Victoria, 2006).
